HAWAII, 1893 Provisional Government Issue, Balance. Substantial balance of the Steiner collection largely on exhibit pages, Scott Nos. 53-73 with numerous examples of most, the exhibit is focused on overprint varieties, with doubles, splits, shifts, periods missing, broken letters, etc., Scott lists the doubles and periods missing but not the wide variety of splits and shifts seen here, many individual items with Scott Retail in the $300.00+ range or higher, we note one Scott Retail of $900.00, some typical flaws to be encountered but overall a Fine and fascinating study, worth careful review, Scott Retail without any premium for the numerous unlisted varieties more than $15,000.00
