U5-U8, U30, U32, U33, W127, U247, U248, U373, U463, also includes Air Post, Officials with strength in War Dept., condition is generally far better than normally seen in a collection such as this
VERY FINE. A PHENOMENAL COLLECTION OF POSTAL STATIONERY METICULOUSLY HOUSED IN THREE ALBUMS. THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE A SOLID FOUNDATION OF THIS COLLECTING AREA, WHICH COULD THEN BE EXPANDED INTO A WORLD-CLASS COLLECTION.
Among the items not mentioned above are numerous issues with Scott value in the $75-$200 range. It would take years to assemble a collection such as this. Some were purchased individually at auctions (U66 ex Summers, U241 ex Lyons, U244 and U271 ex Schiller, W286 ex Ballman, U505 ex Summers, etc). Several with certificates.
