California State Telegraph Co., 1870-75 Issues (5T1-5T2, 5T4-5T8). Complete less No. 5T3, with extra used 5T7, unused and mostly original gum except No. 5T2 used, most with a small fault but a couple are sound including 5T1, Fine-Very Fine or appear so, each with 2022 P.F. certificate
City & Suburban Telegraph Co., 1c-3c Black, Se-Tenant Strip (6T1-6T3). Strip of all three values, without gum as issued, full margins to barely in at right, 3c thin and vertical crease between 1c and 2cFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE SE-TENANT STRIP OF ALL THREE VALUES OF THE CITY & SUBURBAN TELEGRAPH COMPANY ISSUE.
The rows of the New York City & Suburban issue comprise six stamps in 2c-1c-1c-1c-2c-3c denominations. This rare multiple comes from the right three positions in the row of six stamps -- the only positions that can yield a se-tenant multiple of all three denominations. The small faults on this strip are normal for the soft wove paper used for this issue.
With 2022 P.F. certificate
City & Suburban Telegraph Co., 1c Black (6T1). Without gum as issued, full margins to just clear at bottom, thin spot slightly breaks the paper -- typical for this, appears Very Fine, with 2022 P.F. certificate
City & Suburban Telegraph Co., 2c Black (6T2). Without gum as issued, ample even margins, light diagonal crease at bottom left but free of the more serious faults common to these, Very Fine for this, with 2022 P.F. certificate
City & Suburban Telegraph Co., 3c Black (6T3). Without gum as issued, full margins all around, intense shade, tiny thin spot and diagonal crease, very typical for this issue, appears Very Fine, only one position in each row yielded a 3c stamp, as such it is the scarcest of the three City & Suburban issues
Colusa, Lake & Mendocino Telegraph Co., 1876, 5c Black (7T1). Original gum, fresh and Fine, with 2022 P.F. certificate
North American Telegraph Co., 1899-1907 Franks (10T1-10T5, 10T7-10T8). Set missing only No. 10T6, original gum, a few with small flaws detailed on the certificates, Fine-Very Fine appearance, each with 2022 P.F. certificate
Postal Telegraph Co., 1895-98 Issues (15T12, 15T14, 15T18). Unused, including two of No. 15T12 (one original gum, one regummed), other two no gum or part disturbed gum (15T14), small faults detailed on the certificates including perf tip toning, Fine-Very Fine appearing group of the better "Good for One Message" issues, each with 2022 P.F. certificate
Postal Telegraph Co., Balance (15T30/15T49A). Five items including four singles and a block of four, original gum Nos. 15T30, 15T36 and 15T39, each of these sound, No. 15T42 no gum and pulled perf, finally original gum block of No. 15T49A, overall Very Fine group, the singles each with 2022 P.F. certificate

We have offered only one other example of Scott 15T48 since keeping computerized records 30 years ago (ex Born) and that stamp had a large tear. This sound example is a great rarity of the Telegraph issues.

Postal Telegraph Co., 1918, Dark Blue (15T49). Original gum, minor h.r. at top, rich color, wide margins and well-centered, short crease at lower rightVERY FINE APPEARING AND RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1918 POSTAL TELEGRAPH COMPANY ISSUE WITH LARGE HANDSTAMPED YEARDATE.
This is only the fourth example of this issue we have offered since keeping computerized records 30 years ago. Each of the others had either tropicalized gum or was adhering to the interleaving.
With 2022 P.F. certificate
Postal Telegraph Co., 1910, Carmine, Chicago Great Western, Official (15TO4). Original gum, excellent centering and bright color, Extremely Fine, we have offered only two others since keeping computerized records 30 years ago and one of them had a fault, with 2022 P.F. certificate (XF 90)

Original gum, rich color, outstanding centering, small extraneous blue ink mark in frame at top, appears Extremely Fine, a scarce issue, we have offered only three others since keeping computerized records 30 years ago -- each had either gum or condition problems (one was defective), with 2022 P.F. certificate
Postal Telegraph Co., 1908, Violet, Old Dominion Steamship Co., Official (15TO17). Original gum, h.r., pretty pastel color, light horizontal crease at topVERY FINE APPEARING ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE POSTAL TELEGRAPH COMPANY'S "O.D." OFFICIAL ISSUE FOR USE BY OLD DOMINION STEAMSHIP COMPANY.
This is the key rarity of the Postal Telegraph Company Official issues (and is matched in Scott value only by the 1916 Violet, 15T47A).
