Position 5R1L, recut once at bottom (only eight such recuts on plate), with double transfer, scissors-separated at bottom leaving perfs intact and showing entire design, tied by light strike of circular datestamp on 1858 folded printed circular from New Orleans la. to Richmond Va., light vertical file fold well away from stamp, Very Fine, scarce use of this position which on the early state of the plate produced an imperforate Type Ib stamp
