1c Blue, Ty. II (7). Position 98R1E, one of the misplaced Relief A entries in the bottom row of Plate 1 Early (Positions 96-100R1E -- see Neinken book, page 72 and footnote 8), huge bottom sheet margin and large parts of adjoining stamps at sides, bright shade, cancelled by perfect bold strike of "Newport Flor. Dec. 1" circular datestamp, letter "C" of date slightly breaks paper, still an Extremely Fine Gem and spectacular example of this scarce position
