VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A LOVELY UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE FULL-FACE McKINLEY "GARBAGE" CARD.

Only one box of 500 was inadvertently released from Washington and all were preprinted shortly after receipt. It is generally believed that there are about 150 surviving unused cards. USPCC $3,750.00
