THIS IS THE ONLY KNOWN COMBINATION OF USPCC SPECIMEN NUMBERS SP-2 TYPE A-10 AND SP-4.
The Stamp Division marking is the exact date that the PMG ordered all 1,625,000 of the inferior quality Full-Face cards destroyed. USPCC listed this in the 2005 catalog as S21Sp-4var and reclassified it in the 2010 catalog as a proof
