Wide margins and attractively centered, beautiful deep rich color, small part of oval grid duplex cancel, Fine, according to P.S.E. approximately 20 used examples are known out of the entire issue of 1,584, though we believe there are probably more than 20, still this is the second scarcest used 1869 Pictorial Re-Issue next to the 3c, with 1966 and 1998 P.F. certificates
