3c Dull Red, Ty. II (11A). Positions 98-99L3, a "Three Rows" pair with wide spacing, double frameline on right of left stamp and triple frameline on left of right stamp along with inner line at right being taken by the frameline, large to ample margins, tied by perfect strike of "Plattsburgh N.Y. Jun. 11" circular datestamp on "North'n N.Y. Mutual Insurance Co." corner card to Rouse's Point N.Y., some minor cover edge and corner mending, still Extremely Fine, a beautiful cover demonstrating the recutting adjustments that were necessary between the eighth and ninth and ninth and tenth vertical rows on the left pane of Plate 3 due to unusually wide and narrow spacing, between the first two rows extra framelines were recut to minimize the spacing and between the second and third rows framelines took the place of inner lines to maximize the spacing
