Margins ample to clear, tied by bold strike of Mobile "Steam 5" double-oval handstamp on folded letter to Mobile, datelined "Gainesville Jany 22d - 1852", light file fold well clear of stamp which has some gum soaks, otherwise Very Fine, scarce marking prepared for use on stampless letters but occasionally found on stamped letters
