1c Blue (63). Block of fifteen, pair and single, tied by grids, "Warrensburgh Mo. 19 Feb." circular datestamp on back of legal-size cover addressed to "E. Anson Moore, Col. & Q.M. General of Mo." at St. Louis, also endorsed "Official Business" at top left, seven stamps faulty or defective (several insect damaged), some cover faults, reputed to be the largest multiple of this issue on cover, a very unusual way to pay six-times the domestic 3c rate
