Pkt. 7 Paid Jan. 22" credit datestamp on 1861 orange cover to Baden, Germany, red boxed "Aachen Franco" handstamp, manuscript ratings, receiving backstamp, barely reduced at right, some slight wear, Very Fine, a rare combination, the 1c stamp paid the carrier fee and the 30c paid double the 15c rate, with 1988 P.F. certificate
