Nov. 8" integral-rate circular datestamp on cover to Port Dover, Canada West, red "United States Paid 6d" two-line handstamp, 1859 transit and receiving backstamps, some wear, cover opened on three sides and pasted back together, still Very Fine, we do not recall seeing another example of the defective transfer position in the Bright Red Brown shade, with 1992 P.F. certificate
