10c Black (2). Position 5R1, large margins to clear, bright shade, tied by red grid, matching "Meadville Pa. Oct. 25" circular datestamp on orange cover to St. Louis Mo., stamp with couple flaws mostly caused by light cover wear, otherwise Fine, scarce usage, Meadville received 100 10c stamps and only two 10c covers are recorded from there (the other has stamp lifted and replaced)
