Position 31R1, showing clear double transfer in "Post Office" at top, large margins to clear, detailed impression, neat strike of blue "10" numeral handstamp cancelFINE. A SCARCE EXAMPLE OF THE 109-CENT 1847 ISSUE WITH THE TYPE B DOUBLE TRANSFER. ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE WITH THE BLUE NUMERAL CANCEL.
