Mint N.H. with plate no. 18446 in bottom right corner sheet selvage, fabulous Jumbo margins and perfect centering, deep shade, bright and fresh, Extremely Fine Gem, a truly remarkable example of this 1923 Rotary press issue, with 1998 P.F. and 2010 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo: SMQ $1,250.00 as 98), only one 98 Jumbo and one 100 have been graded by P.S.E.
