EXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE AND BEAUTIFULLY CENTERED EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT 1861 RE-ISSUE. THERE ARE ONLY 20 USED EXAMPLES RECORDED IN OUR CENSUS.

Our unpublished census of Scott 104 in used condition records only 20 used copies. Of these, less than half are sound. By virtue of centering, this is one of the finest in our records.
