VERY FINE APPEARANCE. AN ATTRACTIVE UNUSED BLOCK OF NINE OF THE 1863 4-CENTIMES WITH THE CENTER STAMP PRINTED TETE-BECHE.

Only one position on one of the plates -- Position 25 -- was printed tete-beche.
