Recut once at top, twice at bottom, original gum, ample to huge margins, nice color and clear impression, some minute toning spots showing mostly on left side, otherwise Very Fine, with photocopy of 2004 P.F. certificate for block of four from which this stamp was removed (no mention of toning) and 2006 P.F. certificate
