VERY GOOD-FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE TOP POSITION PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THE 2-CENT 1869 ISSUE.

This is the only plate number block we have offered since our 1992 Rarities of the World sale contained another top position block in a part sheet of 120. That block was perforated through the plate number.
