Vertical strip of three, Positions 2/12/22L2, huge lightning bolt crack thru top two stamps, deep rich color, light strikes of circular datestamp cancel, light horizontal crease through Pos. 12, blunted perfs on bottom stamp (not a plate crack stamp), centered to left which maximizes the visible portion of the crack, especially in Position 12 which "steals" much of the crack that is normally seen mostly on Position 13, Fine appearing strip with two examples of this dramatic and desirable variety, perforated examples of the Plate 2 flaw are much scarcer than imperforate, this and the previous lot are among the few multiples we have offered in years
