Original gum, beautifully centered, strong vivid color, Very Fine and choice, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, VF-XF 85; SMQ $1,550.00), the only example in this grade with just one higher, in fact, a total of only 31 Executive Department stamps have been submitted for grading for all values from 1c-10c, and only 10 of these received grades of 85 or higher
