EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1916 15-CENT PERF 10 UNWATERMARKED ISSUE, WHICH HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. -- THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE.

With 1999 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $7,550.00). Only four others have achieved this grade. The last we offered was in the Scarsdale sale, and in almost three years only three new copies have achieved this grade.
