Foreign Section "Paid All" in circle handstamp, readdressed to Vermilion, South Dakota and additionally franked with 2c 1897 Issue, Colfax Oct. 1 circular datestamp, typeset seal added in Vermilion and tied by Vermilion circular datestamp
