1892, Official Seal, Light Brown, Rouletted 5.5 (OX8). Used with 2c 1890 Issue, "New Haven Conn. Nov. 8 2PM 92" circular datestamp on intracity cover, ms. "opened by D.A. Callahan by mistake", right side of envelope and two-thirds of the 2c stamp missing as result, very rare use of rouletted typograph seal on cover, Kotanchik records only six, making it rarer than the "Post Obitum" seal on cover
