1888, Official Seal, Yellow Brown (OX7b). Three, used with 2c 1895 Ty. I single and pair and single 10c on April 2, 1895 registered cover from Cleveland O. to Yokohama, overpaying by 1c the 5c rate plus 10c registry fee, arrived in Yokohama May 22, repeated attempts at delivery in Yokohama recorded by eight Yokohama Post Office facing slips attached to front, damage repaired in Yokohama with three official Japanese seals, readdressed and returned to San Francisco and then forwarded back to Cleveland after three more failed delivery attempts, forwarded again to New York, handstamped "Received at New York P.O. / (Reg. Div.) in Bad Condition", a remarkable cover with a stunning array of markings, seals, and facing slips
