1879-1888, Official Seals (OX2, OX7). One and two respectively, used on cover with 1c Postage Due and five Swiss 5c singles, internal docketing October 8, 1891, addressed to Newark (no country indicated), sent first to Newark, England, then Newark N.J., then forwarded to New York City, two yellow "Returned to the Office by Carrier" labels on back, advertised (1c fee) and eventually sent to Dead Letter Office and returned to sender, wide range of additional markings including "Dead Letter Office Received in Bad Condition" handstamp, "Return to Sender, Cannot be Found", and "Do Not Post Again This Envelope or Wrapper", striking cover with combination of engraved and typographed seals
