1879, Official Seal, Red Brown, Brown (OX2, OX2a). Four covers on exhibit pages, each with single use of 1879 seal, one of former, three of latter, first cover is registered letter from Rock Cave West Va. used with pair of 2c Red Brown (210) and single 10c Brown (209), "Received at New York P.O. / Reg. Div. in Bad Condition" handstamp, second used with pair 3c Green (207), "Received Unsealed / N.Y.O. Annex" handstamp, reduced at right half way into one stamp, third used with 5c 1895 Issue to ship bound for Belgium, returned to sender with 10c Postage Due, fourth on illustrated advertising cover used with 1c and 2c pair 1895 Issue to Northampton, refused and returned to sender with 10c Postage Due, as usual with Official Seals condition is rough on most, an attractive group of the engraved seals on cover
