Signed, part of circular datestamp at bottom, faults incl. tears, soiling and heavy creasing from being folded over edge of envelope, still a great rarity and the unique listing example, illustrated and described in Kotanchik (p. 231), where he surmises that it was printed by the same unknown supplier of Nos. LOX17-LOX18, illustrated in Scott Catalogue
