Black on White, Typeset Seal, Rouletted 10 at Bottom (LOX36). Affixed to piece of envelope, "Opened Through Mistake" crossed out, ms. "Recd Unsealed", Chelmsford Mass. circular datestamp, clipped at top left and wrinkled, still Fine appearance and a great rarity, the unique listing example, illustrated and described in Kotanchik (p. 224), where he surmises that it may have been printed by Morrill Brothers due to the rouletting, illustrated in Scott Catalogue
