"Aug 18" and signed, paper adheres to back with thin spot and the usual horizontal crease, still striking and a great rarity, the unique listing example, ex. Hopkins and Lyons, illustrated and described in detail in Kotanchik (p. 224), illustrated in Scott Catalogue where noted, "No. LOX27 is valued with crease and small flaws", with 1973 P.F. certificate
