Position 1 from the vertical pane of 3 with s.e. at sides and top, signed, with part of machine cancel and blue crayon over ms. street name at bottom, heavy crease as usual for a used seal, Very Fine appearance and extremely rare, the only recorded used example of the "Form D" seal which is scarce unused and unknown on cover, illustrated in Kotanchik (p. 200), listed but unpriced in Scott
