1919, Quartermaster Seal, Indigo, Rouletted 7 (OX20). Unused single, no gum, rouletted on three sides, natural straight edge at top, slight soiling at bottom right and light creases, Very Fine appearance, rare -- with only eight copies recorded, this seal was used by the Mail and Record Section of the Quartermaster General's Office to reseal mail inadvertently delivered to the QMG before returning it to the Post Office for redelivery (Kotanchik, p. 186)
