1919, Quartermaster Seal, Indigo, Perf 12 (OX19). Two, original gum, natural s.e. two sides on each, small thin spot on one, Extremely Fine appearance, this seal was used by the Mail and Record Section of the Quartermaster General's Office to reseal mail inadvertently delivered to the QMG before returning it to the Post Office for redelivery (Kotanchik, p. 186)
