Mint N.H. with plate no. 6192 at bottom, brilliant color, tiny natural inclusion at top center and insignificant natural gum wrinkle in selvage only (neither mentioned on accompanying certificate), Very Fine, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (VF 80; SMQ $265.00), this likely would have graded higher were it not for the small natural condition factors
