Unused (regummed), huge margins and almost perfectly centered, lovely fresh color, tiny light red ink mark at top left (shows almost entirely on back), otherwise Extremely Fine, with 1992 P.F. certificate which does not mention the ink mark and just says "genuine original gum--previously hinged" and 2008 P.S.E. certificate as reperfed at right and regummed (in actuality probably disturbed original gum), Scott Retail as no gum
