Original gum, beautifully centered, strong vivid color, Very Fine and choice, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, VF-XF 85; SMQ $1,550.00), the only example in this grade with just one higher, in fact, there is a total of only 29 Executive Department stamps submitted for grading for all values from 1c-10c, only nine of these received grades of 85 or higher
