Rich color and proof-like impression on bright paper, unusually choice centering with Jumbo margins, unobtrusive strike of oval cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a phenomenal stamp in every respect, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $740.00 as 95, $1,700.00 as 98), this is the highest grade awarded to a used example of this issue and only two others share this grade
