Bright color, clearly-defined grill, bold strikes of segmented cork and also matching "Yokohama, Japan" circular datestamp, one perf with tiny filled thin (not mentioned on accompanying certificate), Very Fine appearance, a rare use from the U.S. Post Office in Japan, with 2000 P.F. certificate (submitted as Hiogo, Japan in error)
