Dec. 24" circular datestamp, slightly reduced at top and some edge tears and wear, 5c stamp few tiny flaws, otherwise Fine, the 5c stamp paid the internal Hawaiian postage, and the 10c stamp paid the Pacific Mail Steamship Company contract mail rate from Hawaii to the U.S.
