EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1851 3-CENT TYPE II, WHICH HAS BEEN GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E.

With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; unpriced in SMQ as Mint N.H., SMQ $2,750.00 as hinged). Only one has graded higher to date and this is the only example to achieve this grade.
