Two 5c, large margins to just in, left 5c small scissors-cut at bottom right, tied by grid of diamonds, matching "Annecy 11 Nov. 1852" double-circle datestamp on folded cover to Lyon, France, red "P.D." handstamp, missing part of back, some wearVERY FINE. A RARE AND DESIRABLE COMBINATION FRANKING OF THE FIRST ISSUE OF SARDINIA SENT FROM ANNECY TO LYON IN FRANCE. A SCARCE USAGE.
