Large margins all around, radiant color, tied by well-struck circle of squares handstamp, indistinct circular datestamp at right, on folded letter to Salumaque and then forwarded to Vigan on Luzon, light file folds away from the stampVERY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL USAGE OF THE FIRST ISSUE OF THE PHILIPPINES.
