With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $3,250.00). This is only the fourth example of Scott 416a we have offered since keeping computerized records. As another indication of rarity, SMQ does not even price this in Mint N.H. condition above the grade of 80 (none certified).
