With 2001 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $6,000.00). This is an exceedingly difficult stamp to find in the higher grades -- the highest grade for Mint N.H. is a 90, the highest grade for a used copy is a 95 (one) and only four hinged copies have graded higher than a 95.
