A WELL-TRAVELLED COVER WITH A COLORFUL AND RARE COMBINATION OF UNITED STATES AND GREAT BRITAIN STAMPS TO PAY 6-CENT TREATY RATE AND 8-PENCE BRITISH RATE TO FRANCE.
