Block of four, top stamps the error, h.r., intense color, centered to bottom left as are all known examples of this rarity, Fine and scarce, according to Gary Griffith 20 examples must have been produced, the error was caused by a misplaced overprint, only two blocks and a pair are known (six total), illustrated in United States Stamps 1927-32 by Gary Griffith and from his collection, with 1996 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as two singles
