ONE OF THE RAREST OF ALL BANK NOTE SPECIAL PRINTINGS. ONLY 24 EXAMPLES ARE RECORDED IN OUR CENSUS. THIS STAMP RANKS AMONG THE TOP TWO OR THREE IN TERMS OF CONDITION.
