3c Rose, Vertical Pair, Imperforate Horizontally (65d). Original gum, barely hinged, rich color and proof-like impression, wide margins at top and bottomVERY FINE AND CHOICE. A STUNNING PAIR OF THE 3-CENT 1861 ISSUE IMPERFORATE HORIZONTALLY, WHICH IS IN A REMARKABLE STATE OF FRESHNESS.
The number of 3c 1861's released imperforate horizontally is not known, but they are very rare in any form. We have offered only a very few in the past several years.
