Mint N.H. with plate no. 19942 at right, perfect centering with Jumbo margins, Extremely Fine Gem, the long-format Air Post issues are exceedingly difficult to get graded 98 or better, because the horizontal perfs are often slightly angled from one end to the other, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; unpriced above the grade of 98, SMQ $390.00 as 98), only two have graded higher to date
